Odual Kingdom Events Donation Agreement

This Events Donation Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the Donor and the Odual Kingdom Events Committee, under the authority of the Royal Palace of Odual, in support of official cultural, developmental, and community events within the Odual Kingdom.

By making a donation, the Donor agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of Donation

All funds received through this agreement shall be used exclusively for the planning, organization, and execution of official events within the Odual Kingdom, including but not limited to:

• Odual Carnival
• Cultural Festivals
• Youth and Community Development Programs
• Educational Outreach Initiatives
• Health and Environmental Campaigns
• Traditional Ceremonies and Royal Celebrations

2. Donation Types

Donations may be made in the following forms:

• Monetary contributions (one-time or recurring)
• In-kind support (goods, services, logistics, etc.)
• Sponsorship packages (subject to approval by the Events Committee)

3. Acknowledgement

The Odual Kingdom, through the Events Committee, agrees to acknowledge all verified donations. Depending on the donation level, the Donor may receive:

• A formal Certificate of Appreciation
• Recognition on the official event programs and website
• Optional inclusion on sponsor banners or event signage

4. Use of Funds

All donations will be used transparently and responsibly. The Events Committee will provide a post-event summary report detailing how funds were utilized upon request.

5. Non-Refundable Contributions

All donations are final and non-refundable. The Donor acknowledges that the funds provided are voluntary contributions made in goodwill and are not payments for goods or services.

6. Tax & Legal Compliance

Donors are responsible for determining any legal or tax implications related to their contributions. The Odual Kingdom Events Committee will issue receipts upon request but does not guarantee tax-deductible status unless stated by law.
